摘要
在非隶属教学医院引入激励机制,促进其研究生教学,不仅对研究生本人,同时对医院的发展发挥着重要的作用。本文从当前高校教师激励机制的现状入手,提出非隶属教学医院在研究生教育上面临的困境,对其激励机制的建立进行探讨。
It is very important for the postgraduate students and graduate student teaching to import incen- tive mechanism into unaffiliated hospital. The author analyzed the current situation of incentive mechanism in colle- ges; put forward the difficulties of postgraduate students teaching in unaffiliated hospital. Finally, the author gave some suggestions on the establishment of incentive mechanism.
