摘要
目的调查分析本院住院患者2011年麻醉药品使用情况,为临床合理使用麻醉药品提供参考。方法对本院2011年麻醉药品住院处方用"军字一号"管理系统的相关资料数据,采用限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDS)为指标对患者麻醉用药情况进行统计分析。结果 10种麻醉药品中,芬太尼注射液、吗啡注射液、羟考酮控释片的用药频度(DDDS)排前3位,多数麻醉药品的药物利用指数(DUI)<1.0。结论本院住院患者麻醉药品使用基本合理,应进一步加强用药管理,使麻醉药品的使用更安全、合理、有效。
Objective To investigate and analyze the utilization situation of narcotic drugs in inpatients in our hospital in 2011, to provide references for clinical rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods The related data of narcotic prescriptions inpatients in 2011 of our hospital, which from management system of ＂No. 1 Military Medical Project＂, were analyzed to find the situation of the use of anesthesia by using the defined daily dose （ DDD）, fre- quency of drug use（DDDS）. Results The DDDS of fentanyl injection and morphine injection and oxycodone con- trolled release tablets ranked the top 3 in 10 kinds of narcotic drugs, and pethidine was in the bottom fourth of nar- cotic drugs, and most of drug utilization index（DUI） was smaller than 1. Conclusion The using of narcotic drugs of inpatients in our hospital is basically reasonable, and the drug management should be further strengthen to make use of anesthetic drugs more safe, reasonable and efficient.
