摘要
为了满足水位变幅较大、现场安装环境差等一些特殊的防洪排涝需求,设计制作了组合浮箱式移动泵站,该形式移动泵站以上泵式潜水电泵为机组,小浮箱托浮,农用水带出水,刚性杆件和绳索固定。并校核了组合浮箱式移动泵站的稳定性,阐述了组合浮箱式移动泵站的性能,提出该形式移动泵站的应用。计算分析表明,采用11个小浮箱托浮,安全系数较高,浮箱前后沿都部分浸入水中,机组平衡稳定。采用10个小浮箱,机组平衡稳定,安全系数高,可以偏心安装,减小纵倾幅度。该组合浮箱式移动泵站已达到设计要求,拆装方便、运输便捷、稳定性好、可靠性高,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
To meet some special requirements ol IlOOfl (~OlltlUl dl^u uial,.-6~, ~ environment, the combination-pontoon mobile pumping station is designed and made in this paper. The mobile pumping station takes pump-on-top submersible electric pump as packaged units, small pontoons as floating bodies, hose as outlet pipe and use rigid bars and rope to fix. This paper focuses on the stability check, describes the performance, and puts forward the application o{ combina- tion-pontoon mobile pumping station. The calculation and analysis show that if 11 small pontoons are used, the mobile pumping sta- tion would have a higher safety factor, the front edge and trailing edge of pontoon would be partially immersed in water and the mo- bile pumping station would be stable. I{ 10 small pontoons are used, the safety factor would be high, the mobile pumping station would be still stable, the eccentric mounting of submersible electric pump would come true, and the trimming angle would be re- duced. The combination-pontoon mobile pumping station has met the design requirements. It has the advantages of easy dismantling and remounting, convenient transportation, good stability and high reliability. It has some practicality and promotional value.
