摘要
水库回水淹没是产生流域生态破坏和移民安置问题的重要原因之一,科学准确地确定水库回水位及尖灭点位置是移民安置规划和淹没实物调查的重要前提。由于现行的数学模型和物理模型在时效上具有一定的滞后性,因而本文利用不同来水频率的水文数据,建立了水库回水水位及尖灭点快速响应模型。验证结果表明,此模型可在一定条件下快速准确反映不同来水频率水库回水水位及尖灭点位置的变化。利用此模型,可根据来水频率对水库回水水位及尖灭点做出快速响应,为确定水库回水淹没范围及移民搬迁提供参考。
Reservoir backwater IlOOUlllg ta a, t" ter level and pinch point positions which are determined accurately are an important prerequisite for the resettlement plan and suo- merged physical survey. Because the current mathematical and physical models have a feature of lagging. The model of reservoir backwater level and pinch point responses is established based on the hydrological data of water frequency. Verification shows that the model cart reflect variation of reservoir backwater level and pinch point position for different water frequency quickly and accurate- ly. The model can be used to react to the reservoir backwater level and pinch point position based on different water frequencies,and it also lends a reference for the scope of the reservoir backwater inundation and resettlement projects which are determined.
