摘要
阐述了我国智能化变电站建设现状及影响工程造价的主要因素,指出智能化变电站技术在建造成本上较传统变电站高。从确定工程造价、运用全寿命周期管理技术控制工程造价、培养造价工程专业技术人员等方面介绍了以降低智能化变电站建造成本为目标,实施智能化变电站造价控制的具体措施。
This paper expounds the intelligent substation construction situation in China and the main factors influen- cing the construction cost, and points out that the intelligent substation construction cost is higher than traditional sub- station. From the perspective of determining the project cost, controlling the project cost by use of the life cycle man- agement technology, training cost engineering professional and technical personnel, etc, the specific measures are in- troduced in order to reduce intelligent substation construction cost, and implement the cost control.
