植入埋藏式心律转复除颤器术后随访的意义 被引量：1

摘要 埋藏式心律转复除颤器（implantable cardioverter defibrillator,ICD）/心脏再同步心律转复除颤器（cardiac resynchronous therapy with defibrillator,CRT-D）是治疗恶性室性心律失常的首选方法,其中ICD应用于临床已有20多年的历史.ICD/CRT-D能明显降低心律失常患者死亡率,已成为心脏性猝死一级预防和二级预防最有效的治疗措施.随着ICD/CRT-D的植入数量增加,植入术后患者的随访管理工作显得尤为重要.
