摘要
采用白色夜光涤纶粗纱和彩色普通涤纶粗纱为原料,分别在改造后的细纱机上纺制夜光竹节纱、普通竹节纱及夜光段彩竹节纱。纺制的夜光段彩竹节纱线具有独特的花式效应:光照下,纱线在轴向上不仅有色彩交替,同时呈现规律的粗细变化;无光时,与普通纱间隔交替的夜光纱缓慢释放光能,夜光效果呈点状分布,使得纱线呈现出斑斓的花式效应。对纺制的3种纱线的断裂强度、毛羽及余辉强度等性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明,夜光竹节纱在断裂强度和毛羽性能上与相同工艺参数下由普通粗纱纺制的竹节纱相比存在差距;而夜光段彩竹节纱在很大程度上改善了此问题。
Luminous slub yarn, normal slub yarn and luminous section-color slub yarn were spun on the reformed spinning frame by using white luminous polyester roving and colorized normal polyester roving as the raw material. The luminous section-color slub yarn is of unique fancy style: Under light this yarn shows not only color changing but also diameter variation in the axial direction. The luminous roving, existed alternately between the normal roving, releases luminous energy in dark. The luminous parts are spots distributed on the yarn and gives the yarns beautiful fancy style. The breaking strength, hairiness and afterglow decay of three kinds of yarns were charaterized. The breaking strength and hairiness of luminous slub yarn are not as good as that of the slub yarn spun with normal roving. The luminous section-color ~luh varn shows great imnrovement of hreaking strength and hairiness.
