摘要
从患出血病罗非鱼血液、肝脏、脾脏中分离到一株细菌,经理化鉴定,该菌为嗜水气单胞菌,动物回归试验阳性,认定该罗非鱼出血病是由嗜水气单胞菌引起。用该分离菌制成的饵料吸附型疫苗田间免疫罗非鱼成活率达87.1%,未免疫组成活率仅59.9%。
A bacterial strain was isotated from blood, liver and spleen of Tilapa nilotica infected with hemorrhagic septicemia. The bacteria was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by physical and biochemical methods. Animal regression tests appeared positive result and it was confirmed that the outbreak of hemorrhage in Tilapia was caused by Aeronomas hydrophila infection. Field per os immunization of Tilapa nilotica with bail-absorbed vaccine prepared with the bacteria strain isolated during the epidemic season, yielded 87. 1% survival rate and the control had only 59. 9% survival rate.
