摘要
为验证水性环氧地坪透气性能,建立了简捷的试验方法,通过对比油性、水性环氧涂料的固化过程及力学性能,分析了水性环氧地坪的透气性原理及影响性能的首要原因。同时,考察了施工工艺、分散条件等因素对其透气性的影响。结果表明:水性环氧涂料因其独特的"胶囊"式固化过程,使得涂层具有良好的透气性。其涂层的硬度、抗压强度、粘接强度比油性环氧涂层略低,但满足标准要求,耐冲击破坏性测试仅造成点状破坏。多层复合工艺、分散条件对透气性无影响,但不适当的分散条件会产生有缺陷的涂层,影响涂层表观及性能。
A simple method for the breathability verification of waterborne epoxy floor coating was established. The breathability principle and the key factors influencing the performance of the epoxy floor coating were analyzed by comparing the curing process and mechanical properties of sol- vent-based and waterborne epoxy floor coating. The effect of process and dispersing condition on the breathability was also studied. The results showed that the curing process resulted in good breathability of the coating. The hardness, compressive strength and adhesive strength of the water- borne epoxy coating were slightly lower than that of solvent-based epoxy coating, but qualified for the existing standards. And the result of the impact resistance test showed that the coating could on- ly had punctate damage. The muhi-layer composite film-forming process and dispersing conditions had no effect on the breathability, but inappropriate dispersing condition could cause a defective coating which affected its appearance and performance.
