IGF2基因组印记作用与肿瘤发生关系的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子2(IGF2)存在基因组印记的现象,IGF2基因也是第一个被发现的内源性印记基因。IGF2能促进细胞的增殖、分化以及个体的生长发育并抑制细胞凋亡。IGF2基因组印记与多种肿瘤的发生、发展相关。本文对IGF2基因组印记与多种肿瘤的相关性以及相关的信号通路作一综述。
