催产素受体在雌性山羊颈前神经节中的分布 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】研究催产素受体(Oxytocin Receptor,OTR)在雌性山羊颈前神经节中的分布情况。【方法】以健康未怀孕的成年雌性山羊为研究对象,采用SP免疫组织化学染色法研究雌性山羊颈前神经节中OTR的分布特点。【结果】OTR在雌性山羊颈前神经节中分布广泛,OTR免疫阳性产物主要分布在神经元胞质,有的呈黄褐色,为中等阳性,有的呈棕褐色,为强阳性;细胞核呈空泡状,着色极淡或不着色,为阴性。支持细胞和血管内皮细胞内也有少量OTR阳性产物存在,呈淡黄色,为弱阳性。图像分析表明,颈前神经节内神经元细胞OTR的相对表达量与非神经元差异极显著(P<0.01)。【结论】在雌山羊颈前神经节中,OTR主要分布于神经元中,说明颈前神经节的交感节后神经元具备接受OT调节的条件,提示颈前神经节的交感节后神经元可能是OT对头颈部内脏器官进行内分泌调节以及颈前神经节对颈部内脏器官进行神经调节2种途径相互协调作用的节点。 [Objcervical ganglion of ective] This study explored the distribution of Oxytocin Receptor (OTR) in superior female goat. [Method] In this experiment,we used immunohistochemical SP method to study the distribution of OTR in superior cervical ganglion of non-pregnant adult female goats. [Result] OTR was widely distributed in superior cervical ganglion, and OTR positive products were mainly distribu- ted in the cytoplasm of neurons. Moderately positive products were khaki brown, while strongly positive products were sepia. Nucleus of negative products were vacuole-like with extremely weak or no color. Sup- porting cells, vascular endothelial cells and other structure were yellow and weakly positive. Image analysis showed that the relative expression of OTR in superior cervical ganglion was significantly higher than that of other non-neural structures (P^0.01). [Conclusion] OTR was mainly distributed in neuron of superior cervical ganglion in female goat, indicating that sympathetic postganglionic neurons of superior cervical ganglion could receive OT adjustment and sympathetic postganglionic neurons of superior cervical ganglion could be one of the action nodes to coordinate endocrine regulations of OT to head and neck internal organs and neuromodulation through superior cervical ganglion.
