摘要
我国的社会保障房景观设计文化理念与其他国家不同,也与其他房屋景观设计理念不同,对此进行研究非常重要而迫切。社会保障性住宅区的建筑与景观设计文化理念遵从两大基本原则,一是既考虑住房者的功能也要考虑其艺术;二是既要考虑现有住房者也要考虑潜在住房者,尤其是要考虑社会主义国家的住房者的尊严,同时也要防止社会保障房的过度奢侈、安逸、美观。社会保障房景观设计的文化理念包括:坚持公共属性与私密属性相结合的原则;坚持强功能属性与弱舒适属性相结合的原则;贯彻以人为本的设计原则;善于因地制宜,尊重环境属性;增强使用者与自然环境的结合和协调;尊重当地传统文化;构造政府文化理念;等等。
The landscape design ideas of China＇s affordable housing are different from those of the other countries with different cultures. The research in this field is very important and urgent. The design idea for architecture and landscape design of social affordable housing should comply with two basic principles of cultural ideas. First, both the function of housing and its artistic function should be considered. Second, it is necessary to consider both the present and potential house owners, especially the dignity of the house owner in a socialist country. Meanwhile, it is suggested also to prevent excessive luxury, comfort and beauty of the houses. Cultural ideas of social housing landscape design include： adhering to the principle of public property and private property combination; adhering to the principles of combination of strong functional properties and weak comfort attributes; implementing people-oriented design principles; adjusting as per the local conditions; respecting for the environment attribute; enhancing the users＇ integration into and coordination with the natural environment; respecting for local traditional culture; and constructing government cultural ideas; etc.
