80岁以上门诊患者血尿酸水平与血压的相关性研究 被引量:2

Association between serum uric acid and blood pressure in patients aged over 80

摘要 纳入2009年至2012年我院门诊收治的〉80岁的高龄患者382例,据血压水平进行分组,检测血尿酸及血压并分析其关系.结果显示,与正常血压组比较,高龄高血压组患者TG (P=0.027)水平偏高;不同血压类型高龄患者血尿酸水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.223); 不同尿酸水平高龄患者收缩压(P=0.420)及舒张压(P=0.088)水平差异无统计学意义;Spearman's相关分析显示血尿酸水平与收缩压(r〈0.001,P=0.995)、舒张压(r=0.083,P=0.104)水平无相关性;logistic回归模型显示高龄门诊患者血尿酸水平与血压水平无关(P〉0.005).提示80岁以上高龄门诊患者血尿酸水平与血压水平无关. Three hundred and eighty two patients aged over 80, who visited outpatient clinic from 2009 to 2011, were enrolled in the study. Serum uric acid levels and blood pressure were measured. Spearman's correlation and logistic regression model were used for data analysis. Compared to patients with normal blood pressure, hypertensive patients had high levels of triglyceride ( P = 0. 027 ). There were not significant differences in serum uric acid levels among patients with different levels of blood pressure ( P = 0. 223; P = 0. 420; P = 0. 088 ). Serum uric acid was not correlated with systolic/diastolic blood pressure ( r 〈 0. 001, P = 0. 995 ; r = 0. 083, P = 0. 104, respectively). Logistic regression model demonstrated that serum uric acid was not associated with blood pressure in hypertensive patients over 80 in clinic service ( P 〉 O. 005).
