摘要
网络教育是教育信息化的重要标志。它不仅给教育带来了网络的技术革命，同时也给教育带来了数字化教育的新理念。教育必须走出“模拟时代”，引进“数字化”的教育理念。网络教育的非线性学习过程、跳跃式的学习思维、知识属性的数字式分割、人才设计的个性化组合等，成为数字化网络教育的基本特征。网络教育应该成为创新教育的主平台。
On－line teaching is an important symbol of information－based education． It brings not only the on－line technological innovation to education but also the new concept of digital teaching． It is time for education to move forward from ″analog times″ to ″digital times″． The basic characters of on－line education are the non－linear learning process the jumping way of thinking in learning the digital dividing of the property of knowledge the individualized combination of personnel designing． The on－line teaching should become the main platform of the innovation of education．
