摘要
根据国家汽车变速器换挡试验标准,对某型汽车变速器进行试验台测控系统设计。采用PC+PAC的分级分布式控制形式,以研华工控机和ADAM-5550KW型PAC为硬件平台,Multiprog和LabView为软件平台,通过Modbus TCP/IP通信协议建立控制管理层和现场设备层网络进行上、下位机之间的通信。通过试验台系统的设计,能实现预设参数下试验过程的自动控制和故障报警,为变速器换挡性能的在线测试提供了方便。
According to the national standard of shift-test of automobile transmission, we designed a test and control system of a certain type of automobile transmission. The system took the form of hier- archical distributed PC + PAC, using Advantech 1PC and ADAM-5550KW PAC as the hardware plat: form and Muhiprog development software and LabView as the software platform, the control layer and field device layer network was established by Modbus TCP/IP communication protocol. Through the design of test system, we can realize the automatic control and fault alarm when testing by preset pa- rameters, which provides convenience for the shift performance of transmission of online test.
