基于PHOENICS软件原油电加热器数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 目前,国内工业用电加热器的设计还没有相应的标准规范,且相关的技术文献也较少,对电加热器的设计完全凭借经验,关于电加热器内部折流板结构的影响一直无人论证。建立了三维电加热器数学模型,并利用PHOENICS(传热学与流体力学计算软件)对模型进行了数值求解。通过中国海油QHD32-6项目中某原油电加热器的设计实例,分析了有无折流板和折流板不同间距的模拟情况。模拟分析结果与工程实际吻合较好,为今后电加热器的设计提供了理论基础。 Currently there are still no standard for the design of industrial electric heater and less relevant documents,which has been relied on experiences without enough theoretical support.The influence of internal structure of baffle plates inside the healer has not been proved.The 3D model was simulated by PHOENICS and numerical calculation was carried out.Taking the design of a crude oil electric heater in QHD32-6 project of COOC as an example,the simulation results were given for the heater without and with baffle plates in different spacing,and they agreed well with the situation in the project,which provided the theoretical support for the future design of electric heater.
