摘要
针对船舶舵机液压泵的维修情况和工作噪声情况,通过检测和计算得出该型液压泵存在的不足及原因,进而从延长工作寿命和降低噪声两个方面,基于该型液压泵的改进和更换新型液压泵两个思路提出改进方案,最后经过测试对比选择出最优改进方案。
According to the repair and noise conditions of ship steering pump, this paper gets the reasons for the deficiencies of the pump by detecting and calculating. It puts forward improvement program from two aspects to prolong working life and reduce noise based on the type of pump improvements and replace the new pump two ideas. The optimum improvement program is selected out through testing and comparing.
