摘要
掠入射平场光栅谱仪是最近几年发展起来的新型极紫外(XUV)光谱仪器,其光谱焦面是一平面。本文介绍了我们最近研制成的消象散平场谱仪的消象散光学成像原理、结构特点、工艺、材料的选择及部分的实验结果。
A new kind of XUV spectroscopic instrument-grazing incidence flat-field grating spectrograph has been developed in recent years, in which the spectrum is formed on a flat rather than on a curved one.Inthis paper we describe the stigmatic imaging principl and its configuration, technology and materials of a stigmatic grazing incidence flat-field grating spectrograph finished recently in our institute.
