摘要
幽门螺杆菌与上消化道疾病的发生与发展有密切关系。该文对近期幽门螺杆菌感染与上消化道良性疾病(包括消化性溃疡、功能性消化不良、胃食管反流)的关系研究进展进行总结。根除幽门螺杆菌治疗可减少相关疾病临床症状,降低并发症的发生,是目前临床的常规治疗方法。未来的研究应重点观察抗菌治疗的远期疗效,为临床决策提供理论指导。
Abstraet：Helicobacer pylon has a close relation to the occurrence anu oeveiopment oi upper digestive tract disease. Here is to summarize the research progress in the relationship between Helicobacer pylori infec- tion and peptic ulcer disease, functional dyspepsia and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Helicobacerpylori eradication could reduce clinical symptoms and complication in the treatment of these diseases, which has become conventional therapy in clinical. Future research should focus on long-term result of Helicobacer Pylori eradication, to provide theoretical direction for the clinical decision.
