摘要
本文提出一种用全息透镜作光束分束器,以莫尔条纹技术消除仪器综合误差的泰曼型全息球面干涉仪。
In this paper, a holographic spherical interferometer using holographic lens as beam splitter is introduced, in which Moire technique is used for eliminating the systematic error of the instrument. This interferometer is called Moire holographic spherical interferometer.
