介绍了煤焦化工艺中管式加热炉炉管材料的选用及焊接要求,同时对炉管壁厚设计及设计参数的确定进行了探讨,并举例说明了该加热炉炉管设计温度的优化选择方法,简化了复杂的炉管设计温度的计算过程,使设计更趋于科学,进一步提高加热炉的热效率,节约能源。
Introduced the coal coking process of methanol in pipe heating furnace tube wall thickness design calculation method, and illustrates the furnace wall thickness design procedures and steps, simplifying the complex design and strength calculation process, improve the efficiency of design.
