摘要
探讨热处理行业的生产现状和热处理专业的人才需求,分析了传统教学模式存在的问题,构建了与热处理行业发展相适应的创新能力和实践应用能力的全方位培养目标,并把课堂教学创新体系和校企合作模式作为培养创新应用型人才的重要途径。
By the analysis of current production status, professional talent demand in heat treatment industry and the existing problems of traditional teaching mode, the whole training target is built to foster creative and practiced abilities, which is adapted to the heat treatment industry development. Meanwhile, the innovation system in classroom teaching and the university-enterprise cooperation mode are all the important ways of training innovative and applicative talents.
