摘要
研究型实验教学的开展是大学创新性人才培养的重要途径.针对当前大学在研究型实验教学过程中遇到的问题,结合作者在离子注入技术在本科生实验教学中的经验,介绍了如何培养学生的基本科学素养和创新能力.
Research-type experiment teaching is an important way to train creative talents in mod-ern university .To solve the problems in the process of current research-type experiment teaching ,in this paper ,we introduced our experience in the research-type experiment of fabricating TiO2 nano-films by ion implantation .
