摘要
测量了氢灯放电波长处于325~675 nm的光谱,通过光谱强度和波长等数据,利用等离子体局域热平衡条件,计算了氢气放电等离子体的激发温度、振动温度和转动温度。
The spectra in 325-675 nm generated by hydrogen lamp were measured using spectrom-eter .Electron excitation temperature ,vibrational temperature and rotational temperature were calcu-lated by means of intensity and wavelength analysis of the measured spectra .Local thermal equilibri-um was used and Fulcher-α band emissions were fitted using the Boltzmann distribution of the rota-tional and vibrational distribution of hydrogen molecules in plasmas .
