摘要 目的探讨气滞胃痛颗粒中的无机元素与重金属元素,将含量与药效结合,建立含量与药效的关联,能更好地控制其质量,确保其药效。方法通过微波消解和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对气滞胃痛颗粒中与抗溃疡、抗炎、促胃肠动力三大药效相关的无机离子及重金属含量进行全定量分析。结果气滞胃痛颗粒中与药效相关的无机离子铝、铁、锰等的质量分数为579.4、317.3、52.68μg·g-1,重金属铜、铁、砷、铅、镉、铬含量均符合2010版药典规定。结论该文为从无机元素角度探究其发挥药效的作用机制奠定实验基础,为确保其药材质量提供实验依据。 Objective Investigating inorganic and heavy metal elements in Qizhiweitong particles, combining content and efficacy, establishing the relation between content and efficacy, in order to control it quality and insure it efficacy. Methods This article analyzed the content of inorganic ionic and heavy metal elements which concerned with anti - ulcer, anti - inflammatory and accelerating gastrointestinal creeps on the Qizhiweitong particle by method of microwave digestion - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- MS). Results The result said that the content of inorganic ionic which concerned with efficacy A1, Fe, Mn is 579.4, 317.3, 52. 68 μg·g-1, and heavy metal content of Qizhiweitong particle was in line with chinese pharmacopoeia (2010) regulations. Conclusion In order to lay the experiment foundation of researching the mechanism of action of efficacy in the direction of Inorganic elements, and provide the experiment basis for insure the quality of medicinal materials.
