摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者有效的健康教育方式。方法对50例急性心肌梗死患者进行口头或口头加书面的健康教育方式给予健康指导。结果口头加书面的健康教育组患者对宣教内容的掌握程度及对健康教育的满意度均高于仅进行口头健康教育组的患者,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口头加书面健康教育方式的效果优于口头健康教育,满足了患者的健康需求,提高了患者的住院满意度,值得临床实践中进一步推广。
Objective To explore the effective health education method for patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 50 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were given health guidance of oral or written and oral( complex group) health education method. Results The degree of masteringthe educationcontents and satisfaction in group of complex group were higher than patients in group of oral education only,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions Oral and written health education method is precede oral health education,for it could meet patients' health needs,as well as improve the satisfaction of hospitalized patients,worthy of further promoting in clinical practice.
