摘要
目的分析和总结PICC置管维护在基层医院中的日常应用。方法回顾性分析2010年9月至2012年7月我院治疗的201例PICC患者的临床记录资料。结果通过对PICC患者置管前后的一系列维护干预,有效缓解患者的紧张、焦虑情绪,减少患者的痛苦,增强患者置管和带管的舒适度,同时减少并发症的发生,患者配合治疗的积极性和对治疗的满意度均有所提高。结论基层医院里对于PICC置管期间进行有效的维护,可以明显降低患者痛苦,消除患者消极情绪以及能够减少并发症的发生,效果显著,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To analyze and summarize the daily application of PICC catheter maintenance in primary hospitals. Methods Retrospectively analysis the clinical data of 201 patients who carried PICC and hospitalized in our hospital during September 2010 and July 2012. Results A series of maintenance interventionbefore and after theset of PICC catheter for patients could effectively alleviate the nervous and anxiety, reduce the patient ＇s pain,enhance the comfort,meanwhile,reduce the incidence of complications. The compliance and satisfaction of patients on treatment were improved. Conclusions Effectively maintenance of PICC catheter in grassroots hospital,could significantly reduce the suffering and eliminate the negative emotions of patients,as well as the incidence of complications,the effect is significant,worthy of expanding in clinical practice.
