本文概述了当前薄膜光学领域里的一些研究工作,并就具体的研究方向,如:光学薄膜的离子束辅助淀积和离子束溅射、低能离子镀技术,光学薄膜的成核、生长和微结构的模型,薄膜特性的检测和微结构分析等作了论述。
This paper briefs some research work in the area of optical thin film as well as describes some concrete research work such as: ion beam aided deposition, ion beam sputter, low energy ion coating, testing of film performance and analysis of film microstructure.
