摘要
目的分析小梁切除术联合人工晶体植入术及小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术在青光眼治疗中的效果。方法选取2013年1—6月收治的42例(45眼)开角型青光眼患者,研究组(26例/28眼)采用小梁切除+人工晶体植入术+改良的小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗,对照组(16例/17眼)采用小梁切除+人工晶体植入术,对比两组术前术后患者视力、中央前房深度和眼压变化,及并发症。结果研究组术后视力改善更明显,中央前房深度增加与眼压降低程度均更明显;发生并发症几率相对更低(3.8%,对照组为12.5%);研究组效果更为显著(P<0.05)。结论小梁切除术联合人工晶体植入及小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术在青光眼治疗中效果确切,值得推广。
Objective To analyse the efficacy of trabeculectomy in combination with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of glaucoma. Methods 42 cases（ 45 eyes） of patients with primary open-angle glaucoma and got treatment during January 2013 and June 2013were selected,patients in research group（ 26 cases /28 eyes） received the treatment of trabecular resection and intraocular lens implant surgery plus improved small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction,while the patients in control group（ 16 cases /17 eyes） received trabecular resection and intraocular lens implant surgery. Then compare patients ＇ vision,the anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure（ iop） and the occurrence of complications. Results The improvement of vision,the increase of anterior chamber depthand the decrease of intraocular pressure were more notable in the researchgroup,and the occurrence of complications was lower than that in control group（ 3. 8% in research group versus 12. 5% in control group）. So the efficacy of the research group was more significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions Trabeculectomy in combination with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation was effective in the treatment of glaucoma,and it is worth promoting.
