摘要
本文从实验上研究了固定谱线CO_2激光器的双频输出特性,并对其产生双频输出的原因作了初步分析;利用该激光器,成功地进行了三频外差测量研究。
In this paper, experimental research and theoretical analysis for the phenomenon of two-frequency of a CO2 laser with fixed spectral line are described. Using this CO2 laser, the experiment of three-frequency heterodyning is suooefully carried out.
