摘要
冷却液温度传感器在制造完成后的校验是一项非常复杂的过程,一般由人工完成,为了提高传感器在制造完成后校验的准确性和检测速度,文中设计了一种冷却液温度传感器自动校验检测平台。该检测平台以可编程控制器(PLC)作为控制单元,采用万用表卡和高阻仪分别对传感器的电阻和内部端子与外壳的绝缘性进行检测。该检测平台不受检测时间和检测环境温度不均的影响,减少了人为干扰的影响,提高了检测精度和检测效率。同时,该平台经过部分改进还可用于其它类型传感器的检测,系统的通用性较好。
The checking of liquid temperature sensor is a very complicated process, which is generally completed by manual operation. In order to improve detection accuracy and speed of the sensor calibration after completion of the manufacturing, a temperature sensor automatic test platform is designed. Programmable controller(PLC) acts as control unit of the testing platform. A card and high-impedance device is used to test the insulation of sensor resistance and internal terminals with the shell respectively. The experimental results show that: compared with the traditional way of sensor calibration, the test platform is no longer affected by detection time and environmental temperature, and can reduce the impact of human disturbance, improve the test accuracy and test efficiency. Through the part improvement, the platform can also be used for other types of sensor detection. The device has good versatility.
