摘要
对人才培养的三个关键条件,即师资、专业及教学模式展开讨论,认为中国造船行业向高效节能环保等方面发展,要想走向世界,成为真正的造船强国,势必要经历一场人才变革,那么对于民办高职院校来说,在人才培养方面也要经历一场重大的变革。
Abstract： During the development of Chinese shipbuilding industry in the direction of efficient, energy-saving and environ- mental protection, the personnel reformation is necessitated for Chinese shipbuilding industry to become a true shipbuilding power. As a consequence the personnel training have to experience a major change for the vocational colleges. In this paper, three key conditions of personnel training, teachers, professional and teaching mode were discussed about for the vocational colleges.
