摘要
目的比较Nd∶YAG激光联合CO2激光与常规手术治疗阴道残端息肉的疗效。方法阴道残端息肉患者284例,随机分成激光组142例和对照组142例。激光组采用Nd∶YAG激光联合CO2激光治疗,对照组行常规的阴道残端息肉摘除术+阴道填塞治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果激光组不需住院,医疗费用、术中出血量、手术时间、术后伤口愈合时间显著低于对照组(P﹤0.001),术后复发率为7.04%显著低于对照组的34.5%(P﹤0.01)。结论激光治疗阴道残端息肉操作简便、费用低、费时少、伤口愈合快、复发率低,是目前治疗阴道残端息肉的理想治疗方法。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of Nd：YAG Laser＋CO2 Laser and routine operation in treating vagina remnant end polyp.Methods Altogether 284 patients were divided randomly into two groups： the laser group with 142 patients taking laser treatment,and the control group with 142 patients receiving routine operation.The difference between the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed with SPSS 12.0.Results The patients in the laser group did not need to be hospitalized,and the medical cost,bleeding amount during the operation,operation duration and wound- healing length of them were significantly less than those in the control group（P0.001）.The recurrence rate of the laser group was 7.04%,much lower than 34.5%,the rate of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusions The treatment of vagina remnant end polyp with Nd：YAG laser＋CO2 laser features easy operation,low cost,short duration,less time required for wound healing and low recurrence rate,and is worth a wide clinical application.
