急性肾损伤发病机制研究新进展 被引量:10

摘要 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是目前临床住院患者中一种常见的并发症,不论是发展中国家还是发达国家,其发病率居高不下,且具有较高的病死率,已成为医疗行业的一项巨大挑战.在过去十年中,美国等国家的重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)中AKI的发病率很高且每年以11%的速率持续增长[1].AKI可发生于临床多个学科,Thakar[2]的研究指出AKI的发病率占所有住院患者的5%~8%,在ICU中发病率高达20%,其中大约30%~40%的AKI患者是由于手术造成[2].此外,近期数据强调在发生AKI后幸存的患者中,肾脏功能的恢复往往是不完全的,可持续发展成慢性肾脏疾病(chronic kidney disease,CKD),甚至可能发展至终末期肾脏疾病(end-stage renal disease,ESRD)并引起多器官衰竭[3].
