摘要
随着网络和信息科技的迅猛发展,采用先进的自动化、网络化库存物资管理体系,在血站的后勤建设中起着至关重要的作用。本文从保证采供血质量起着关键作用的物资的采购和管理出发,对血站库存物资管理的弊端做了详细的分析,同时对库存物资从编码体系、供应商目录到采购的事前控制、库存的及时供应、库存的动态分析等动态管理进行了详细阐述。
With the rapid development of network and information technology, the advanced automation and network inventory management system plays an important role in the logistic construction of blood stations. This paper makes detailed analysis of the inventory management problems in blood station, to ensure the blood quality from the materials procurement and management. And at the same time, dynamic management of inventory material are presented in detail from the code system, suppliers directory, feedforward control of procurement, timely supply of inventory and dynamic analysis of inventory.
