摘要
医学教育世界标准为国内标准和教育模式革新提供宏观依据。有必要从国内外标准内涵与差异性多方位分析,寻求认识。首先,对国内外医学标准内涵进行概要分析;然后针对国内外医学教育现状,从机构建制、资源配置、组织管理、培养模式等层面比较差异性;最后从几个重要方面作几点改革讨论,为医学教育工作提供借鉴。
Global Standards in Medical Education provides innovation of domestic standards and educational pattern with Macro basis. Multi-dimensional analysis and cognitive exploration to domestic and overseas standard connotation and difference is necessary. First, summary analysis is given to connotation of these standards. Second, the difference comparison for current education situation of domestic and overseas is analyzed from some aspects such as organizational system, resource allocation, organization administration and training mode, and soon. At last, some problems are discussed ; the purpose of research is offering reference to medical education practice.
