1病历资料
患者，男，58岁，主因突发胸痛2h入院。既往冠心病、糖尿病史10余年。患者于2h前无明显诱因出现胸闷胸痛，向左上肢放射，程度剧烈，伴有出汗、恶心，症状持续不缓解，经急诊入院。
In this case, there was serious tortuous calcitied lesions in the IRA. During PCI, the stent couldn＇t pass through the IRA with conventional methods. We used the 5-in-6 double catheter technique to enhance the surpporting force of the catheter, and succeeded.
