摘要
目的探讨危重病人转运的安全护理。方法将26例危重病人逐一用本院急救车转运。结果 25例危重病人安全送入上级医院诊治,1例患者转运途中发生病情变化。结论熟悉患者各种病情治疗及护理。仔细观察病情,精心做好转运准备,对患者可能突发的情况做好预案,是确保危重病人安全转运的关键。
Objective To investigate the nursing strategy of ensured safety forcritically ill patient transportation. Methods 26 cases of critically ill patients were transferredone by one with ambulance belonged to our hospital. Results 25 cases of critically ill patientswere transferred to upstream hospitalsafelyfor further treatment, the patient＇s condition changes in one patient during the transportation. Conclusions Familiar with a variety of disease treatment and care strategy, observe the conditioncarefully, prepared meticulously for transshipment, and make rescue plans for any conditions might occur during the transportation, were the key points to ensure transport safely.
