摘要
目的研究肺癌中Survivin的表达与非小细胞肺癌预后之间的关系。方法采用随访方式,研究78例NSCLC患者生存情况,并将结果进行相关性分析。结果 78例NSCLC患者Survivin阳性组与阴性组间生存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Survivin阳性表达者生存时间短于Survivin阴性表达者。44例术后治疗者的Survivin阳、阴性表达组间生存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);34例术后未治疗者的Survivin阳、阴性表达组间生存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);53例Survivin阳性表达者术后治疗组与术后未治疗组间生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);25例Survivin阴性表达者术后治疗组与术后未治疗组间生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Survivin的表达与非小细胞肺癌的预后具有一定的相关性,Survivin阳性表达者预后较Survivin阴性表达者差。
Objective To study the relationship between expression of Survivin and prognosis of non - small - cell lung cancer. Methods Acquired survival information of 78 cases of non - small - cell lung cancer in three years after surgery by taking the method following - up, and analyse the relationship between expression of Survivin and prognosis of non - small - cell lung cancer. Results In all 78 eases of non - small - cell lung cancer, the differences of survival rate between Survivinpositive and negativewerestatistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Survival time in Survivinpositive group was shorter than that in negative group. Differences of survival rate between Survivinpositive and negative groupwerestatisticany significant for 44 patients received treatment after surgery （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Differences of survival rate between Survivinpositive and negative groupwerestatistically significant for34 patients did not received treatment after surgery （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Differences of survival rate between treat and non - treat group present nostatistically significant for53patients positive in Survivin （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Differences of survival rate between treat and non - treat group present nostatistically significant for25patients negative in Survivin（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The prognosis of non small cell lung cancer was correlated to the expression of Survivin, prognosis will be better if Survivin negative expression.
