摘要
随着成人正畸患者的增多,矫治过程中的美观问题越来越受到关注。一些"隐形"矫治技术快速发展且应用于正畸临床,如舌侧矫治技术、无托槽矫治技术等。伴随材料学、生物力学等多学科的发展,舌侧矫治技术日趋成熟,作为一种高效美观的矫治技术已得到广泛应用。本文将对舌侧矫治技术的发展、组成、优缺点、临床操作、生物力学以及应用前景做一综述。
With the increase of the adult orthodontic patients,esthetic concern has grown considerably during the orthodontic treatment. So,some “invisible” technologies rapidly develop and popularize in the orthodontic clinic,such as,Lingual orthodontics,the bracketless invisible aligner technique,and so on. With the multidisciplinary development of the material science,biomechanics and so on,the lingual orthodontics has been gradually mature and widely used as a high effective and esthetic technology. This paper reviewed the development,composition,merits and drawbacks,clinical operation,biomechanics and the prospect of development of the lingual orthodontics.
