摘要
将几种旋毛虫抗原以同一浓度 ( 0 .6mg/m L)与 PAPS微球交联 ,制成诊断试剂 ,进行旋毛虫阳性血清检测效果比较试验。结果显示 ,成虫、成虫 ES、新生幼虫、肌幼虫 B峰 4种抗原均出现非特异性反应 ,而肌幼虫、肌幼虫 ES、肌幼虫 A峰抗原具有很高的敏感性 ,三者效价均达 1∶ 640。将此 3种抗原所制得的诊断试剂对几种寄生虫阳性血清进行交叉试验 ,显示肌幼虫 ES抗原对血吸虫、锥虫、弓形虫、肺吸虫、牛肝片吸虫、羊肝片吸虫阳性血清均不出现交叉反应 ,而肌幼虫 A峰抗原、肌幼虫抗原对牛、羊肝片吸虫均出现交叉反应 ,对其他血清则不出现。表明肌幼虫 ES抗原效果最佳 ,特异性最好 ,有很高的应用价值。
Several kinds of antigen of Trichinella spiralis, chemically linked with immunospheres of polyaldehyde polystyrene (PAPS) at the same concentration (0.6mg/mL),are used as diagnostic reagents to detect T.Spiralis positive sera.The result is that reagents linked with adult antigen,excretory secretory (ES)antigen of adult,newborn larvae antigen,muscle larvae peak B antigen all show nonspecific reaction,reagents linked with muscle larvae antigen,ES antigen of muscle larvae,muscle larvae peak A antigen show high sensitivity,agglutination titer up to 1∶640.The latter three reagents,reacted with several kinds of parasite positive sera,show ES antigen of muscle larvae haven’t cross reaction with positive sera of S.japonica,T.evansi,Paragonimas,T.gondii and F.hepatica, though muscle larvae antigen,muscle larvae peak A antigen have cross reaction with positive sera of F.hepatica, without cross reaction with other sera.Experiments show ES antigen of muscle larvae have high value because of high sensitivity and specificity.
