摘要
鸟击航空器事件在全国各大机场频发,对飞行安全造成严重威胁。各种鸟类因其自身特征不同,对于航空器的风险大小也各有不同。通过对白云机场鸟情调查,建立了鸟撞风险评价指标体系。在鸟撞风险评价中首次引入与Xie-Beni有效性指标相结合的FCM算法构建评价模型,并进行实例分析。结果表明,白云机场38种常见鸟类按照不同的风险等级可以分为5类,其中白腰雨燕、家燕、金腰燕3种鸟类风险最大,需要重点防治;而斑鸠、文鸟、鹭类、戴胜、鹎类、红隼等17种鸟类也需要加强防范;而白鹡鸰、喜鹊、鹊鸲、棕扇尾莺等小型或数量较少的鸟类则风险很小。分析结果为机场进行鸟撞防范工作提供了依据。
Bird strike aircraft poses a serious threat to the flight safety. Different birds have different risk values because of their features. Establishing the risk evaluation index system of bird strike based on the practical investi- gation, introduced into the FCM algorithm which combined with the effective index of Xie-Beni to construct the evaluation model first. The analysis results show that 38 common bird species of Baiyun airport in accordance with different level of risk can be divided into 5 categories, 3 species such as Apus pacificus, Hirundo rustica, Hirundo daurica belonged to the highest risk group, as the focus of prevention and treatment; 17 species such as Streptopelia orientalis, Nycticorax nycticorax, Pycnonotus sinensis et al. needed to strengthen prevention too; Other species such as Motacilla alba, Pica pica, Cisticola juncidis et al. have lower risk because of smaller or fewer. The analysis re- sults provide a basis for the airport bird strike prevention work.
