摘要
本文以新《公司法》建立的职工参与公司机关制度为研究对象,对现行法的相关规定进行了梳理,论证了职工参与公司机关的合理性与必要性,并在此基础上针对新《公司法》相关制度的类型化缺陷、操作化缺陷和系统化缺陷提出了完善的建议。
Staff and worker participates in company organ system prostituted in the new＂law of cooperation＂is an object of this paper, and the related laws are also combed,the reasonability and necessity of the participation of staff and workers into company organ are expounded here. On those introduction and explanation,defects in classification,practice and systematization of the relevant rules in the new ＂law of cooperation＂are studied to improve them.
