摘要
为进一步研究广西的三七质量,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定广西靖西县不同生长年限三七不同部位(根、茎、叶)的皂苷成分含量。结果表明:三七皂苷成分的峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系;随着生长年限的增加,三七根中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1及三七皂苷R1的含量不断增加,茎部的各皂苷成分含量不断下降,叶部人参皂苷Rb1含量先上升后下降,而人参皂苷Rg1含量先下降后上升,且检测不到三七皂苷R1。3年生三七药材符合2010版《中国药典》规定,说明广西的三七质量良好。
To further study the quality of Panax notoginseng in Guangxi,the saponins content of roots,stems and leaves from Panax notoginseng of different growth years in Jingxi county were detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The results showed that the peak area linearly correlated with sample size. With the increase of growth age, saponins content of Rg1 ,Rbl and R1 in P. notoginseng root increased; saponins content in stems decreased; saponins content of Rb1 in leaf first increased and then decreased, but Rg1 decreased first and then increased,and R1 was not found. Three-year old P. notoginseng was up to the standard of Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China, indicating that the quality of P. notoginseng in Guangxi was good.
