吸水性地质聚合物多孔材料的制备与研究 被引量:6

摘要 以偏高岭土和水玻璃为主要原料,通过双氧水发泡法制得有一定强度和吸水率的地质聚物基多孔材料。当发泡剂加入量为0.7wt.%时,地聚物基多孔材料的抗压强度达到6.6 MPa,抗折强度2.1 MPa,吸水率为44%,体积密度为0.90g/cm3。掺入水泥熟料后对材料进行改性,当掺量为6.25wt.%时,其抗压强度为12 MPa,抗折强度为3.8 MPa,吸水率为39%,体积密度为1.02 g/cm3。 A porous geopolymer material with good compressive strength and water absorption was prepared by foaming method,using metakaolin and industrial water glass as raw materials.When the content of foam agent was 0.7 wt.%,the compressive strength of the material was 6.6 MPa,and the breaking strength was 2.1 MPa,and the water absorption was 44%,and the volume density was 0.90 g/cm3.After adding some cement clinker to improve the material performance,the compressive strength of the material was 12 MPa,and the breaking strength was 3.8 MPa,and the water absorption was 39%,and the volume density was 1.02 g/cm3.
