摘要
目的研究仙人草中总黄酮提取及体外抗氧化活性。方法采用超声辅助醇提法提取黄酮,测定黄酮对邻苯三酚自氧化产生的超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的清除率。结果测定结果显示,黄酮对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的清除率分别为54.85%和96.95%。结论黄酮对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基具有明显的抗氧化作用。
Objective To study the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids extraction from fairy grass in vitro. Meth- ods The ultrasonic assisted ethanol extraction were used to extract flavonoids,the clearance effect of flavonoids on superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical produced in pyrogallol autoxidation were determination. Results The clearance rates of flavonoids on superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical were 54.85% and 96.95%. Conclu- sion Flavonoids has significant antioxidant effect.
