石油化工企业稳高压消防系统中稳压装置设计探讨 被引量:4

摘要 通过分析国内外设计规范和总结工程经验,针对稳高压消防系统中稳压装置的设计,提出稳压泵的流量等于管网泄漏量与最小消防设备用水量之和,稳压泵的扬程等于消防泵的闭阀扬程,稳压装置应配套气压罐以减少稳压泵的启停和消除水锤,并给出气压罐容积的计算公式。 Aiming at the design of pressure maintenance device of stabilized high pressure fire extinguishing system through analyzing the design codes at home and abroad and summarizing engineering experience,this paper presents that the jockey pump flow is equal to the sum of pipe network leakage and minimum fire water of fire extinguishing equipment.The head lift of the jockey pump is equal to the head lift of the churn pressure of fire pump.Pressure maintenance device should be equipped with air pressure tank to reduce jockey start-up and shut-down and to eliminate water hammer.The paper also presents the calculation formula for the capacity of the air pressure tank.
