本文叙述了全息光栅的复制原理和金息光栅的复制工艺。同时介绍了金息母光栅所用材料,镀膜机的清洗和分离器具的结构。
The principle and technology of copying holographic grating are related. The material used for holographic grating, the cleaning of vaccum coating machine and the structure of the separator are also presented.
