摘要
目的探讨护理预警的改进对保障患者安全的效果。方法对护理预警标识、预警患者的交接及管理模式进行改进。结果改进后护理不良事件的上报率高于改进前,护理不良事件的发生率低于改进前,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理预警改进有助于提高护士对预警患者的识别和应对能力,提高护理管理质量。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of improved early warning in nursing in ensuring the safety of patients. Methods Early warning signs, transfer of patient with early warning and management model were improved. Results The nursing adverse event report rate is higher while its number dropped after the improvement and the difference was statistleally significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The improvement of early warning in nursing care conduced to the recognition of the patients with early warning signs and the ability to respond to the situation as well as improved the qnality of nursing.
