摘要
利用塞贝克效应制成的热电发电器(TEG),其输出电压较小,不能直接用于现有用电设备或者并网,必须通过DC/DC变换器的转化,才能满足相应的需求。到目前为止已经出现了适合应用于热电发电系统中的多种DC-DC变换器,并且实现了相应的功能。分别详细介绍了单级Boost变换器、电荷泵、交错并联Boost变换器、三相交错并联Boost-buck变换器、Buck-boost变换器、Cuk-cuk-cuk多输入变换器、Sepic-sepic多输入变换器、四相零电流开关多模块开关电容变换器的工作模式、工作状态,并比较了各自的优缺点。
Thermoelectric generator (TEG), with small output voltage, was made based on the Seebeck effect. It couldn't be directly used in existing electrical equipment or network unless through the conversion of the DC-DC converter in order to meet the corresponding demand. So far, a variety of DC-DC converters suitable for thermoelectric power generation system were appeared, and the corresponding functions were satisfied. The work patterns and work status of the boost converter, charge pump, interleaved boost converter, two back-to-back three-phase boost-buck converters, buck-boost converter, cuk-cuk-cuk multiple-input DC-DC converter (MIC), sepic-sepic multiple-input DC-DC converter (MIC), four-phase zero current switching multilevel modular switched-capacitor dc-dc converter(ZCS-MMSCC) were particular presented. The corresponding advantages and disadvantages were compared.
